I've spent 15+ years designing products people actually enjoy using. The details matter to me as much as the big picture, because that's exactly where trust with users is built or lost. I stay close to the craft, but when the team needs it, I step into a leadership role too. I've built design systems from scratch, collaborated closely with PMs and engineers, and recently brought AI-assisted workflows into how the team operates. It genuinely changed how fast and how well we work.
